These pictures show of the nearly completed project for our very valued customer. Unfortunately we have had to suspend works as we were forced to stop as we are all experiencing the Lock down due to Covid-19 (Corona Virus).

We will be completing this project as soon as we are allowed back to work.

Please keep a look out for the completed project as there is only 3 days left to complete this.

The pictures show the insulation being installed and plasterboard being fixed to walls.

Pictures show breathable membrane over the top of the Sterling board cladding. Battens have been fixed ready for the exterior cladding to be fixed.

These pictures show the detail of the almost complete framework and one of the two skylight openings. You will notice that roof is formed exactly as you would find on a loft conversion. Roof is cross battened with 50mm x 50mm timbers for ventilation and timbers installed to create pitch for roof to allow rain water to discharge from roof.

Frame work for walls and the start of the roof structure.

Base was constructed on pads tones and secured in to place, laser levelling equipment was used to ensure this was perfectly level which is vital to the build.

Existing structure was removed by us and disposed of. This structure had an asbestos corrugated roof which was also disposed of by our appointed specialists
