At Contemporary Garden Studio we don’t just specialize in garden rooms we also construct canopy’s of all shapes and sizes.
Take a look at one of our newly supplied and installed carport canopy’s. This canopy measures 6.5m x 3.1m width.
We had to remove and replace some of the claddings to the side of the property in order to get a secure fixing to the wall. The 5 legs of the canopy are resin bolted to concrete pads and this was all completed in just over 2 days.
This is a very robust canopy system and polycarbonate roof sheets come in a range of thickness from 16mm clear shown in pictures to 35mm, there are also a range of colours for the roof sheets, clear, bronze, Opal and Blue.

GARDEN ROOM WITH DOUBLE DOORS
We are waiting for white UPVC doors and window to arrive before we complete the cladding.
Our valued customer asked us to construct a shed but is now looking at creating either an office or garden living room from this build.
We are now looking at adapting this garden room for them with insulation, electrics and plastering.
Everything we build is built bespoke to our customers specification. Meaning they get the Garden Studio of their dreams…
Roof has been constructed and our client has optes for high tensil felt roof covering which has a 20 year guarantee.
Walls were built and clad prior to construction as there are adjacent walls minimising access and the ability to finish later.
We carried out a check of the base that the garden room would be situated on. Ensuring this would be suitable for building.

Frame work for walls and the start of the roof structure.
Base was constructed on padstones and secured in to place, laser levelling equipment was used to ensure this was perfectly level which is vital to the build.
Existing structure was removed by us and disposed of. This structure had an asbestos corrugated roof which was also disposed of by our appointed specialists.
